Booking

We can confirm the room type for you. Unfortunately, however, we cannot confirm a specific room number or floor. To fix the booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. We will send you the bank details with your reservation.

Rooms

All room floor plans shown are schematic and not to scale. Room and furnishing differences are possible. All rooms are equipped with wooden floors and have a private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and bidet. Each room has a hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV and a safe. There is no fridge in the room.

Half Board

A table is set for each room in the dining room. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet with fresh bread from the hometowon bakery, in the evening we offer a colourful salad and antipasti buffet with fresh salads and vegetables, and a three-course menu of your choice. Welcome drink with gala dinner on Sunday and Tyrolean speciality evening once a week.

Table booking

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a table in advance.
However, we will endeavor to fulfill your every wish if possible.

Bathrobes and Slippers

You can borrow bathrobes here at the hotel for a fee of € 5.00 (once for the entire stay). For reasons of sustainability, we ask you to bring your own slippers. We also have slippers at reception to buy.

Arrival and departure

On the arrival day the rooms are at your disposal from 1 PM on.
The day of departure we ask you to leave the room at 10.30 AM at the latest

Travel insurance

In times like these, many things are uncertain. But we want you to feel safe. We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. To save you and us costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: we therefore recommend trip cancellation cover as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. For cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 80% of the travel price (minus the deposit). In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked daily travel price. To confirm the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Local tax

We would like to point out that since 01.01.2016 a local tax of € 3.00 per person and night (from 14 years) is charged.
This amount will be listed and invoiced separately.
