We are South Tyrol. Genuine. Authentic. Deeply rooted.

For us, South Tyrol is more than just a home. It is a way of life. It is the mountains, nature, the people and the values that shape us. Quality, tradition and down-to-earthness are just as much a part of this as an openness to new things, a zest for life and the joy of sharing special moments together.

At the Hotel Falken, we want to bring this very essence of South Tyrol to life. With warm, genuine hospitality, sincere friendliness and a keen sense of what really matters. The tried and tested can remain, whilst new ideas are welcome. Simplicity meets style, tradition meets a breath of fresh air, and tranquillity meets new inspiration.

Amidst the beautiful natural surroundings of Pfalzen, you’ll find space to breathe deeply, unwind and enjoy yourself. A place where you can feel free and welcome.

Because we’re not just at home in South Tyrol.

We are South Tyrol. And we’d like to share a little piece of it with you.

I’m Martin – the boss here, let's say. But I’m also in charge of everything and everyone.
Having switched careers, I’ve learnt a lot, and whether it’s reception, service, caretaking or being a dad, there’s always something going on here…
In my spare time, I like to go into the woods to pick mushrooms and go on cycling or hiking trips with my wife, Sabine.
